Join today! snkids.org is a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation, with a pending application for IRS tax exempt status under IRC Section 501(c)(4).

  • A 501c4 nonprofit status allows us to engage in political lobbying, candidate endorsements and policy/systems improvement efforts.
  • We think education is not enough.
  • Lobbying, endorsements, and holding our leaders and organizations accountable is the only way we are going to make change happen for all our special needs kids.
  • Note: Membership fees and donations are not tax exempt …. but they are needed to help our work toward better outcomes for all special needs kids!
